Private Funds Attorney Specialist

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks private funds attorney specialist with 5+ years of experience representing private fund sponsors and/or investors on a diverse array of fund formation matters and/or have experience reviewing and advising on the marketing and offering of investment products under FINRA and SEC rules. The candidate will support the attorneys with investments in, and the formation and operation of, private investment funds, negotiation of side letters on behalf of sponsors and investors, and the marketing of fund interests and separate accounts. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
