Civil Litigation Attorney

Greenwood Village office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a civil litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate must have managed all aspects of civil litigation cases from intake through trial. Relevant civil litigation experience: personal injury, breach of contract, defamation, business disputes, general litigation is required. The candidate will be handling a variety of tasks and projects as assigned. Handling client and case management through all stages of representation. Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading pleadings. Attending depositions, mediations, pretrials hearings, and trials. Handling electronic file management and organization. Researching and memo drafting. Must have a current Colorado Bar license.

The candidate must be capable of working independently, overseeing cases with minimal oversight, and communicating effectively with clients. Must have initiative and follow-through; the ability to multi-task and prioritize; and attention to detail. Organization skills are required along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have reliability and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
