Boston office of our client seeks immigration attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will work as part of a team providing high-quality legal services to our clients, which include global companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations, hospitals and universities, among others. Will work closely with a Partner and support staff to file H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant petitions, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 petitions, and I-485 applications for permanent residence, including drafting lengthy legal documents; corresponding directly with clients; and attending interviews at the USCIS local office as needed. Support a small volume of family-based and naturalization cases. Must preferably have MA license. Business immigration experience, including experience with EB-1, O-1, and/or National Interest Waiver cases, is required.

The ideal candidate must have a JD degree. Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have a strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of and responsibility for cases.

The immigration law firm is located in Boston, Massachusetts. It handles all types of employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. It also provides individual and family-sponsored immigration services and naturalization services.
