Costa Mesa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate with 2 years of experience in venture capital and/or private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. The candidate will primarily involve working with funds in the venture capital space; however, the practice group generally acts as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters. A record of high academic achievement and law firm experience is preferred.
