Real Estate Associate Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience including real estate transactions, leasing and financing. The candidate will have the opportunity to focus on the development, leasing, financing, acquisition and disposition of projects, portfolio, and multistate acquisitions. Will work with a variety of developers and investors, including commercial and residential developers, clients in the hospitality, industrial, and healthcare industries. Work on public service matters. For example, the firm has litigated, on a pro bono basis, large game-changing cases that protect the rights of some of societys most vulnerable people. Land use experience is a plus. Should have license to practice law in Washington State (or the ability to waive in to practice in Washington State).
