Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare regulatory, reimbursement, and/or fraud and abuse associate attorney preferably with 5+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory, reimbursement, and/or fraud and abuse regulation. The candidate must have policy, advocacy, and compliance experience with (1) CMS coding, coverage, and payment, and/or (2) healthcare fraud and abuse (e.g., anti-kickback/Stark). Experience with reimbursement matters involving commercial payors is preferred. Prior involvement in the health system and growth and/or private equity healthcare and life sciences transactions is strongly preferred. Compelling work experience is required. Law firm experience is essential.

The candidate must have a record of high academic achievement. Should have outstanding analytical and client communication skills and a desire to join a growing, dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area.

Its area of specialization is complex transactional matters. The firm represent clients in the energy industry namely energy companies, private equity funds, investment banks and commercial lenders. The Texas practice staffs over fifty knowledgeable attorneys. Over thirty-five billion U.S. dollars in debt and equity capital market transactions was accomplished by the Texas practice group. A notable industry publication awarded the Texas practice with a high ranking for their mergers and acquisitions law expertise.
