Kansas City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate/banking associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate must have experience in one or more of the following areas: broad commercial real estate transactions, including substantial commercial real estate finance experience; real estate acquisition and dispositions, property management and asset management, real estate development and construction; commercial real estate leasing, including the representation of large institutional landlords; and representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate projects, including office, multi-family and industrial. The position offers the chance for significant responsibility and participation in all phases of real estate transactions.

The candidate should also have exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities, and assume a high degree of responsibility. Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and the ability to manage client engagements are required.

The law office opened twenty-four years ago. They represent clients in the western section of Missouri including, Iowa, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Over seventy-five skilled attorneys comprise the Missouri-based practice. There are eight areas of practice. A few of their practice disciplines are corporate-commercial, banking law, mergers-acquisitions, litigation, and commodities law. Attorneys are dedicated to community service. They are committed to pro-bono work and volunteer in a variety of charitable events.
