Mount Laurel office of our client seeks bankruptcy attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the representation of clients at Court appearances, preparation of motions, objections, proposed orders, memoranda of law, proofs of claim, and Rule 3002.1 filings. Will prepare correspondence and submissions to clients, adversaries, and to the Court. Should have experience representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Must have a working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Must have a solid understanding of consumer loan documents. Must be admitted to practice in NJ and PA, the Federal Districts in NJ and PA, and have a familiarity with NJ and PA bankruptcy courts, local rules, and court procedures. Admissions in other jurisdictions and experience in litigation related matters is a strong plus.

Must have top-notch organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
