Indianapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level intellectual property associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have an undergraduate degree and an advanced degree in a technical field, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (PhD is strongly preferred). Should have experience in writing and prosecuting US and non-US patent applications, analyzing issued patents, patent clearance strategy, soliciting disclosures of inventions and timely filing of accurate disclosures.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, strong academic achievement, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Must be motivated to practice as part of our national Intellectual Property Group, with the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to become a partner at this firm.
