Sacramento office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level intellectual property managing associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property and/or patent litigation. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. Admission to the State Bar is required.

The candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, the ability to work independently and possess strong advocacy ability. Strong academic credentials along with entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a strong work ethic are required.
