Commercial Finance Associate Attorney

Lexington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a commercial finance associate attorney with 3+ years of transactional experience with commercial finance transactions. The candidate will have significant client contact and handle all aspects of complex transactions for regional and national clients of all sizes. Should preferably have experience with senior housing, medical facilities, construction financing, tax credits, public finance transactions, Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/FHA lending, affordable housing, and general corporate and transactional work. A license to practice in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania is required. Out-of-state candidates who are either willing to sit for the Bar exam or are eligible for admission in Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or Pennsylvania will be considered.

The candidate should have a strong academic background. Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are required.
