Woodland Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will perform significant and substantive legal research and writing. Will communicate with Courts, counsel, and clients. Attend court, take depositions and generally engage in all aspects of busy commercial litigation practice in state and federal court. Provide legal guidance and support when needed. Assist with ad hoc projected as needed. Work closely with other attorneys, secretaries, legal assistants as needed. Typical matters include: business, contract and real estate disputes; class action prosecution and defense; adversary proceedings in bankruptcy; and complex commercial litigation. Experience and knowledge of other law practices is required. Clerkships and bankruptcy experience are a plus. Must be admitted in New Jersey and New York.
The candidate must have a four-year degree, equivalent certification and/or relevant experience. Should have graduated in the Top 30% of the law school class, ideally having served on a journal or moot court. Knowledge with IManage Document Management System and Orion is a plus.
