Corporate Associate or Senior Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate or senior associate attorney with 4-6 years of post-JD experience. The candidate must have experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.

The candidate must have a JD degree. Must have strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing transactions teams. Must have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
