Will be expected to work effectively in a team-oriented culture and with professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to an extremely fast paced environment. Should have extensive experience in: Drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications in both US and foreign countries and territories, conducting patent landscape and freedom-to-operate searches, and assisting IP due diligence in financing and partnering transactions. A strong scientific background and an advanced degree in the life sciences space (organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmaceutical science, etc.) is required. Should have outstanding writing and analytical skills. USPTO registration is required.
