Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks white collar associate attorney with 1-2 years of experience. The candidate will be managing large volumes of information and multiple workstreams, and taking a lead on key investigative and litigation tasks, including interviewing witnesses and drafting briefs. Will develop litigation strategy for matters throughout the globe including white collar investigations, complex commercial litigation and other disputes and oversee on-the-ground counsel to implement strategy. Draft motions, briefs, examination outlines and other documents for domestic and international matters. Guide clients through white collar investigations and litigation matters. Conduct legal research, participate in witness interviews, proffers, depositions and/or trial testimony. Analyze discovery and evidence to develop litigation facts and strategy. Communicate with clients (via telephone, E-mail and in-person). Provide direct assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day provision of legal services to leading international and domestic corporate clients. Should have an interest in litigation, including white collar and complex commercial litigation and investigations. Clerkship experience strongly preferred. International experience a plus.

Must be able to demonstrate evidence of the core competencies which include excellent judgment, client readiness, drive, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset.
