Roseville office of our client seeks estate planning attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will work on sophisticated trusts, estate planning, business planning and trust administration matters. Will be responsible for meeting with clients, drafting documents and coordinating client needs with staff. Experience with partnership/corporate tax planning and Master's in taxation preferred.

Must have: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent client service and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to relay complex information understandably; ability to adapt easily to a constantly changing environment, juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work to maintain efficiency; ability to think strategically and tactically; demonstrates creative problem resolution; ability to take initiative and work independently and as a team player; demonstrates strong leadership skills and have the ability to mentor, train and serve as resource to personnel.
