San Francisco office of an AmLaw firm seeks PERM business immigration associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees across a variety of clients and industries for the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options in the United States. Will work closely with client global mobility, human resources, and legal personnel to supply sophisticated legal advice related to the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Department of State (DOS) for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees. Support clients in immigration program management and compliance. Handle a wide range of complex immigration matters including preparation, review and submission of all types of immigration cases. Supervise the work of paralegal staff in recordkeeping and document preparation. Perform other duties as required to support other attorneys and the team. Should have experience in the drafting and filing of PERM. Experience drafting RFEs and PERM Audit responses and drafting and filing large volumes of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM is required. Should be a Member of State Bar (CA preferred).

The candidate should have a U.S. JD degree.
