Insurance/Health Care Regulatory Associate Attorney

Salt Lake City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks insurance/health care regulatory associate attorney with 5+ years of experience advising clients, including health insurance and managed care entities, HMOs, third party administrators (TPAs), startups, and other related entities nationally, on a broad range of regulatory issues including state and federal insurance laws; state and national health reform; state and federal mandated benefits; excepted benefits; and individual and group health laws. The candidate should have substantial experience drafting and negotiating standard and non-standard provider agreements and complex financial models, such as Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and pay-for-performance (P4P) reimbursement models; and advising on and obtaining approvals in connection with transactional matters with a regulatory connection (e.g., M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Should be comfortable with direct interaction with senior partners and clients; willing to work collaboratively, training and mentoring junior associates. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state.
