Corporate Associate Attorney

Las Vegas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in the middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions. The candidate should preferably have additional experience with outside general counsel work. CO Bar admission is preferred.

The candidate should have a strong academic performance, superb communication skills, and a proven track record of success within a law firm. A J.D. degree is required.
