The candidate will work on new ESOP transactions (creation of new plan document, summary plan description). Will prepare, review and revise plan documents and summary plan descriptions for qualified plans. Research and respond to client inquiries related to ERISA, COBRA, ACA, Section 125, and other employee benefit plan-related topics. Drafting of nonqualified deferred comp plans such as stock appreciation rights and phantom stock plans.
