A law firm in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on product liability and/or complex commercial litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with experts and assisting in fact development, depositions, and case strategy development. Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are essential, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders is a must.

Job Duties:

  • Work with experts and contribute to fact development and depositions.
  • Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables and respond to correspondence promptly.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Meet deadlines and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships and comply with all firm policies.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, including working at a computer and participating in virtual conference calls and meetings.
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.


  • J.D. degree
  • 3+ years of litigation experience
  • Bar Admission
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience


  • J.D. degree from a nationally recognized law school


  • Bar Admission


  • 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
  • Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation
  • Superior research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Immediate transferable skills
  • Medical and/or scientific background (preferred)
  • Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device industry and clients (a plus)
