Real Estate Associate Attorney

The candidate should have experience representing financial institutions, mortgage lenders, institutional investors or borrowers in real estate and financing transactions; leasing experience. Must have thorough understanding of basic elements of real property due diligence, including survey, title, zoning and other land use issues. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

The candidate should have ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Must have ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines. Should have strong organization and matter management skills. Must have ability to work professionally and effectively with Clients, Partners, Associate and Support Staff. Should have clear and effective drafting skills; and exceptional project management skills. Must have a Juris Doctor degree.
