The candidate should preferably have representation of federally charted financial institutions and experience defending financial institutions in regulatory matters. Experience drafting and arguing motions and other pleadings, significant case development/management experience, and experience with federal and local state courts are essential. Admission to the California Bar is ideal. Should have excellent academic credentials. Must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
