Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior estate planning attorney with 5+ years of experience in the areas of complex domestic and international estate planning and related income tax, corporate, and personal planning for high net worth individuals and multinational families. The candidate will develop relationships with clients as they establish legal needs, provide counsel, help them understand their legal options, and represent them in court and negotiations. Will also conduct research, prepare legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best and most cost-effective legal solutions. Design and draft client estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, premarital agreements, and other estate planning documents. Represent clients in probate matters. Build relationships with clients based on trust. Negotiate and settle cases. Consult with potential clients. Business development. Must be licensed in NC. Additional licensure or education, such as LL.M., MBA, or CPA is helpful. Trial experience needed. Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts experience essential.

The candidate should be knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. Should also be an excellent communicator, negotiator, public speaker, and problem solver. Must have Graduation from accredited law school. Should have excellent academic record.
