Pasadena office of our client seeks business immigration attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will manage 15-20 active business immigration cases and monitor additional 20+ pending cases. Will represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law. Preparation of employment based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. Analyze and recommend multiple legal strategies. Oversee and manage case preparation work. Train case team members. Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency throughout past and current filings. Maintain accuracy in high volume, rapid turnover caseload. Participate in other office projects as assigned. Participate in all staff training sessions and staff meetings. Attend potential client consultation meetings and events. Assist client/employees with technical issues in completing forms and submitting documents. Consistently enter billing time entries for all services performed daily. Must have knowledge of and experience with E, L, O, EB-1A, and EB-1C petitions, as well as Schedule A Group II and other business immigration petitions. Knowledge and research proficiency in USCIS and NVC policies and procedures as well as relevant statutes and regulations is essential. Should have passed a State Bar examination with valid license to practice law in the U.S. Experience with litigation, real property transactions, and/or corporate law is a plus.

Must be able to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters in a fast paced environment. Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work effectively with others with great interpersonal skills. Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and have the drive to ensure a successful outcome. Must have excellent English writing and oral communications skills. Excellent computer skills required including online research and preferably Microsoft Office Suite and/or Microsoft Office 365.
