Plantation office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks workers' compensation defense associate attorney with 1-2 years of workers compensation experience. The candidate will be responsible for representing the interests of employers and insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida in the handling of their workers compensation claims. Thorough knowledge of Florida W/C statutes and their application is a plus. Trial experience is preferred. Must be well versed in the use of technology.

The candidate should have use of independent judgment, research, litigation, and analytical skills.

The fifty-four year old legal practice has law offices based throughout Florida. Twenty-three accomplished attorneys are employed at the firm. There are ten areas of practice. Labor-employment, general liability defense, workers' compensation and corporate law are some of their practice disciplines. The law practice was acknowledged by a prominent industry periodical.
