Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks lateral FDA and health care associate attorney with 3+ years of experience with regulatory or enforcement matters involving pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturers, health care providers, and/or other regulated health care entities, or with food and cosmetics companies. The candidate must have experience with some of the following areas: the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; Federal health care program regulations, such as Medicare and Medicaid requirements; the False Claims Act; and/or the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and/or Sunshine Act.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and writing and research skills.
