The candidate must be skilled in the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation arrangements, insurance benefits, fringe benefits, deferred compensation arrangements, and incentive bonus programs. Must be licensed and in good standing in Michigan or eligible for admission by examination or waiver. A portable book of business is a plus.
