Junior to Mid-level Healthcare Associate Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior to mid-level healthcare associate attorney with 1-5 years of significant experience representing behavioral health organizations, hospitals, physician groups, ancillary service providers and other investors in the healthcare industry with state and federal regulatory compliance, licensure, reimbursement, and operational matters. The candidate should preferably have experience advising on the regulatory aspects of transactional matters in the health care industry such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual agreements, and license and lease agreements (or desire to do so). Must be admitted, or be eligible for admission, to the Colorado Bar.

The candidate should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
