Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior real estate attorney with 6+ years of experience, with specific experience in commercial leasing. The candidate will manage sophisticated real estate transactions without supervision, including complex commercial leasing transactions. Will provide support to the Real Estate Practice Group. Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, revising and negotiating commercial real estate agreements, including leases, ground leases, loan documents and entity documents. Must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association. Must have working knowledge of all aspects of real estate law, including mortgage lending, survey and title practice, and entity formation and operation. Substantial experience in commercial real estate development, leasing, acquisition, disposition and investment projects. Development, complex leasing, entity structuring and financing experience is important is essential.

The candidate will work in a high-energy and professional environment. Should be surrounded by exceptionally talented, bright, good natured and passionate people. Must have graduated from an accredited US law school with an impressive academic and/or work experience record.
