Asheville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate estate attorney with 3-7 years of experience in estate planning and administration. The candidate will draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives. Advise clients on tax planning strategies related to their estates and trusts. Represent clients in probate court proceedings, including contested matters. Advise clients on charitable giving options and draft related documents. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure timely and effective delivery of legal services to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, and other professionals in the community. Must have an active license to practice law in North Carolina, or be eligible to waive into the North Carolina Bar.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. The firm offers 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
