The candidate will work with clients on issues arising from the Affordable Care Act. Must have experience in at least several of the following areas: welfare plans, tax-qualified retirement plans, Code Section 409A executive compensation, and general compliance work. Must have an interest and have had the opportunity to show some aptitude in the employee benefits field.

The candidate must have strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
