The candidate will be drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Will be drafting court pleadings for probate administration and related court proceedings. Preparing, analyzing, and concisely summarizing complex planning structures. Assisting with multiple clients and estates of various sizes.

The candidate should be self-starter who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
