Jacksonville office of our client seeks tax attorney with preferably 1-2 years of tax resolution experience. The candidate will communicate with clients and overseeing case to resolution. Will prepare and review financial documents to determine the best resolution, such as Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreements, Currently Non-Collectible and Penalty Abatement for IRS and State tax agencies. Communicate with all Federal and State tax agencies to obtain the best resolution for clients; release wage/bank levies; secure holds and meet deadlines. Prioritize case load and able to handle large volume of cases. Bar licensed Attorney in good standing is essential.

The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent client servicing skills. Must be self-sufficient and well organized with a strong work ethic. Able to work independently and also within a team is needed. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to prioritize a must.
