Healthcare Regulatory, Reimbursement, and/or Fraud and Abuse Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare regulatory, reimbursement, and/or fraud and abuse associate attorney preferably with 5+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory, reimbursement, and/or fraud and abuse regulation. The candidate must have policy, advocacy, and compliance experience with (1) CMS coding, coverage, and payment, and/or (2) healthcare fraud and abuse (e.g., anti-kickback/Stark). Experience with reimbursement matters involving commercial payors is preferred. Prior involvement in the health system and growth and/or private equity healthcare and life sciences transactions is strongly preferred. Compelling work experience is required. Law firm experience is essential.

The candidate must have a record of high academic achievement. Should have outstanding analytical and client communication skills and a desire to join a growing, dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced practice area.

The Massachusetts law office was set up one year ago. There are eight areas of practice offered at this location. Disciplines include capital markets, emerging companies, mergers-acquisitions, private equity, public offerings, technology transactions, transactional tax and venture capital. Some of their practice industries served include biotechnology, clean tech, communications and internet-digital media. There are twenty-three skillful attorneys on staff.
