The candidate will draft basic Estate Plans including Wills, Revocable Trusts, advanced Healthcare Directives and Powers of Attorney. Will work closely with support Paralegals and Senior Attorneys with Trust administration, Probate and advanced Estate Planning and Tax filings. Should have knowledge of Corporate planning. Must have an LL.M. degree in Estate Planning or Taxation.
