The candidate will be initiating/defending and litigating unlawful detainer actions, assisting in lease/contract enforcement matters as assigned, drafting rental agreements or notifications to tenants, and providing legal guidance as needed in small claims cases and with regard to policy and procedure. Should have experience working on real estate litigation, including disputes and easements, and have the ability to draft pleadings and briefs, manage the discovery and deposition process. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Westlaw.
