Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property attorney with 5+ years of experience in a combination of patent prosecution, IP transactions and IP litigation support. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, and negotiation and drafting of various types of agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Will also support various intellectual property disputes, including patent and trademark litigation, trademark opposition proceedings, and domain name disputes. Should have Bachelors degree in engineering or chemistry and registered before the U.S. Patent Office.
