Franchise Attorney

Providence office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a franchise attorney with 4-7 years of franchising experience. The candidate should preferably have experience with the preparation and registration of franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, area development agreements, franchise compliance issues, and related franchise transactions. Should be comfortable working with clients directly and leading substantial components of complex franchise-related matters. Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate experience is a plus. Must be barred in a Rhode Island jurisdiction. Comparable law firm experience preferred; in-house experience considered.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
