Associate Attorney

Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2-4 years of patent experience and a technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field. The candidate will focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications that are intricate to the clients global patent and IP strategies. Will also have the opportunity to conduct freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis and to gain exposure to preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions. Support IP-related litigation and transactional practices. Admission to the Michigan Bar, U.S. Patent Bar, and excellent academic credentials are required.
