The candidate will be working with experienced attorneys and paralegals as they learn the processes. Designing Estate Plans based on the client's needs and goals. Explaining new documents and concepts to clients. Reviewing clients' old documents and recommending changes. Managing own caseload and travel to satellite offices, as needed. Ensuring compliance with rules of professional conduct.

The candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude; enthusiasm about working in a non-traditional law firm; and commitment to ethics in the practice of law. Must strive for innovative solutions, and passionately help clients preserve their life savings.
