Columbus office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks labor and employment attorney with 3-5 years of experience on employment law matters. The candidate must have experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and arguing motions. Must be in good standing, as well as an active member of the Michigan and/or Ohio Bar.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Should preferably be a versatile attorney, with a client-centric philosophy, and who has demonstrated an ability to compete and prosper in complex environments. Strong analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Demonstrate ability to manage and grow client relationships is needed.

The Ohio branch of this mid-sized firm is part of an effort to expand to other parts of the Midwest and Northeast. They are a full-service firm with a reputation as hard-nosed civil litigators. The work atmosphere is pleasant, and a true work/life balance is promoted, as are outside interests.
