New Rochelle office of our client seeks an associate attorney with some experience. The candidate will work directly and under the supervision of the partner and senior partner of the firm handling Family-based cases, Removal Defense, Business/employment-based cases, Asylum, Naturalization, Waivers, DACA, etc. Represent clients before USCIS, Immigration Courts, BIA and DOL. Write statements, briefs and Responses to requests for evidence. Do legal research. Determine laws and procedures to achieve clients' goals. Immigration experience is preferred. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
The candidate must have strong writing skills. Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have great organization skills, detail-oriented and have the ability to maintain and review client files to ensure completeness and compliance with deadlines.
