Associate Attorney needed for New York City office

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney preferably with 3+ years of Big 4 experience. The candidate should have experience with the taxation of private equity funds and structures. Must have experience with capital markets transactions as well as international transactions. Admission to and in good standing with the New York Bar is required.

The candidate must be a self-starter and team-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and excellent written and oral communication skills. Should have strong academic credentials, a JD degree from an accredited law school.
