Las Vegas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate and securities counsel with 7+ years of corporate experience. The candidate should have substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. Must be licensed in Nevada.

This large West Coast based law firm is new to Las Vegas, and doing its best to make sure it fits in by continuing to establish itself as a community leader wherever it goes. The firm has a full service business practice that is renowned all over the West, but is also using its new Nevada offices to offer specialty practices that apply especially to Nevada, such as gaming laws to help promote an expansion within the state. While it continues to expand, though, it also leaves room for a lot of pro bono work, which is seen as an important part of each attorney's workload.
