Phoenix office of our client seeks tax/estate planning/probate administration attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will advise clients on corporate and personal tax planning, employee benefits, estate planning, probate administration and tax litigation. Should have experience in related corporate and real estate matters. Practice in federal court and handling administrative controversies before the IRS and/or probate court is helpful. An LL.M. degree in tax is preferred. Should be a current member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or be eligible for Admission on Motion.

Must have strong writing and communication skills.
