Mid-to-Senior level Associate Attorney needed for New York City office

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-to-senior level associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience handling substantive components of a securities transaction including initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings, PIPE transactions, and/or SPAC offerings. The candidate should preferably have additional experience advising pre-IPO and public companies on compliance, governance, and securities filings, including 34 Act filings. Must have demonstrated transaction and experience working with exchange-listed companies, representation of underwriters and issuers, strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, be detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

This mid-sized New York offices practice is transactional in nature and focused on banking and real estate finance, development, and leasing. Attorneys represent domestic banks, investment banks, and U.S. branches of major European, Scandinavian and Japanese banking organizations. All beginning associates participate in a formal legal education program designed to acquaint them with the fundamentals of the firm's practice.
