The candidate performs the following functions: Participates in all aspects of complex cases, including product liability/toxic torts, domestically and internationally. Conducts legal research and analysis of applicable law, interpreting laws and regulations; client communication and advice, drafting; discovery; taking and defending depositions; and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Appears in state and federal court on motions such as motions to dismiss, protective orders and discovery-related motions. Should have an active Missouri State Law License.

The candidate should have Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited institution.
