Greensboro office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a biotech patent prosecution associate attorney with 2+ years of experience preparing/prosecuting patents in biotechnology, ideally in any of the following fields: agricultural/plant biotechnology, gene editing technologies, and immunotherapies, and cell therapy. The candidate should enjoy patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence work or have some experience in one of these areas. Some experience is required, including law firm, USPTO, or industry experience. Should be registered with the USPTO, or be willing to complete registration within a year. An advanced degree (Ph.D.) is preferred, but experience will also be considered.
