Family Law Attorney

Cary office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with family law experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a clients family law case including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for and attending mediations and settlement conferences, and preparing for and attending hearings and trials. Must be a licensed attorney with the State of North Carolina. Experience managing a full caseload is needed. Understanding how clients problems are more than a legal problem to them is required. Should have a solid command of the English language, along with the vocabulary of a well-educated sailor.

The candidate should have the ability to put clients at ease. Must have exceptional communication skills. Strong research and writing skills are needed.
